Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Psychology, Learning & Development, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Talent Development, or Organizational Development.
• Hands-on experience managing a Learning Management System (LMS) and digital learning platforms.
• Experience conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and evaluating learning effectiveness.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with e-learning content development tools.
• Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and report-writing skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end learning cycle from identifying training needs to evaluating learning outcomes.
• Manage and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS) and digital learning platforms.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis and develop annual learning plans aligned with business objectives.
• Design, develop, and deliver technical, behavioral, leadership, and customer experience learning programs.
• Facilitate induction, product knowledge, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Measure learning effectiveness using analytics and demonstrate return on investment (ROI).
• Develop competency frameworks, learning resources, SOPs, and knowledge assets.
• Partner with business leaders to strengthen organizational capability and talent pipelines.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and innovation.
• Explore AI and emerging technologies to enhance learning experiences and business performance.
