Qualifications & Experience

Key Responsibilities

Commis I

• Assist chefs in food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards.
• Prepare ingredients and support daily kitchen activities.

Rice & Curry Cook

• Prepare authentic Sri Lankan rice and curry dishes.
• Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper food handling procedures.

Room Attendant

• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards.
• Replenish guest amenities and maintain room cleanliness.
• Report maintenance issues promptly.

Linen Room Attendant

• Manage hotel linen inventory and distribution.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the linen room.
• Ensure adequate linen supplies for hotel operations.
