Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Fulfilment, or Distribution operations.
• Experience in a food processing, FMCG, or distribution environment will be an added advantage.
• Candidates with a Higher National Diploma in Food Science or Food Technology and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience may also be considered.
• Good IT literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Good communication skills in English and Sinhala. Knowledge of Tamil will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work in cool room temperature environments.
• Willingness to work on a shift or roster basis, including night shifts.
• Ability to work on-site at the Banduragoda dairy factory.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate stock levels and efficient warehouse operations.
• Manage dispatch processes to improve operational efficiency and asset safety.
• Oversee invoicing, timely dispatch, and delivery of customer orders.
• Handle system transactions for receiving and dispatch activities while ensuring data accuracy.
• Maintain inventory documentation and achieve warehouse KPIs through timely reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize warehousing and distribution operations.
• Identify and implement improvements in inventory management and distribution processes.
• Enhance customer service through efficient logistics solutions.
• Perform additional warehouse and operational duties assigned by management.
