Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• B.Sc. Engineering (Civil) with IESL recognition or B.Tech Civil Engineering Degree from OUSL.
• Minimum 4–6 years of progressive experience in road construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, monitoring, and construction methodologies.
• Ability to lead construction teams and achieve project milestones.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise all phases of road construction projects.
• Coordinate construction activities to achieve project milestones and completion targets.
• Ensure all construction work complies with project specifications, quality standards, and company procedures.
• Implement appropriate safety management, traffic management, and environmental protection measures.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, local authorities, utility providers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress and resolve site-related issues efficiently.
• Ensure timely delivery of project objectives while maintaining quality standards.
