Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree or MBA in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum five (5) years of HR experience, including managerial experience.
• Previous experience in the manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Experience using HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and make strategic HR decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives.
• Handle employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary matters.
• Oversee payroll, attendance, leave administration, and HR compliance.
• Plan and coordinate employee training and development programmes.
• Ensure compliance with Sri Lankan labour laws and company policies.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the HR team to achieve organizational objectives.
• Manage security administration and related HR functions.
