Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess the following qualifications:

• A National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) Level 4 or higher Proficiency Certificate in Masonry.
• The qualification should be issued by a Technical or Vocational Training Institute recognized by the Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission (TVEC).

Age Limit

• Applicants should be between 18 and 45 years of age.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform masonry work for buildings and infrastructure within the Institute.
• Construct, repair, and maintain brick, block, and concrete structures.
• Carry out plastering, flooring, and finishing work.
• Assist in renovation and maintenance projects.
• Ensure quality workmanship while following construction standards.
• Maintain tools and equipment used for masonry work.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and guidelines.
• Perform other masonry-related duties assigned by the Institute.

Salary & Benefits
