Qualifications & Experience

Manager (Administration)

Applicants should possess:

• A Degree in Human Resources, Management, Public Administration, Bachelor of Commerce, or an equivalent qualification recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC).
• Minimum 3 years of post-qualifying experience in the relevant field after obtaining the first degree.

Manager (Marketing)

Applicants should possess either:

• A Degree in Management, Public Administration, Business Management, Marketing, Commerce, or an equivalent qualification recognized by the UGC with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualifying experience.

OR

• Passed the Intermediate Examination of a recognized professional Chartered Institute with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualifying experience in the relevant field.

Manager (Finance)

Applicants should possess either:

• A Degree in Management, Commerce, Accountancy, Finance, or an equivalent qualification recognized by the UGC with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualifying experience.

OR

• Passed the Intermediate Examination of a recognized professional Chartered Institute relevant to Finance together with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualifying experience.

General Eligibility

• Age should be 22 to 45 years for external applicants.
• The upper age limit does not apply to eligible internal applicants.
• Applicants should be citizens of Sri Lanka.
• Must be physically and mentally fit to perform the duties.
• Should possess excellent moral character.

Key Responsibilities

Manager (Administration)

• Manage human resource and administrative functions.
• Develop and implement administrative policies.
• Supervise office operations and staff administration.
• Ensure organizational compliance with policies and procedures.
• Support strategic management initiatives.

Manager (Marketing)

• Develop and implement marketing strategies.
• Manage promotional campaigns and market development.
• Identify new business opportunities.
• Build customer and stakeholder relationships.
• Monitor marketing performance and achieve organizational objectives.

Manager (Finance)

• Manage financial planning and budgeting.
• Supervise accounting and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Monitor financial performance and internal controls.

Salary & Benefits

• Management Category: MM 1-1
• Basic Salary: Rs. 81,710 per month.
• Cost of Living Allowance: Rs. 17,800 per month.
• Professional Allowance: Rs. 25,000 per month (where applicable as per DMS Circular No. 01/2025).
• Additional benefits will be provided in accordance with corporation policies.
