Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and delivering technical training programs
- Aligning training programs with product updates and service standards
- Collaborating with technical teams to identify skill gaps
- Ensuring training content complies with OEM guidelines and industry standards
- Evaluating training effectiveness and improving delivery methods
- Managing training facilities, tools, and equipment
- Conducting product familiarization and skills development programs
- Staying updated with trends and advancements in automotive technology
- Organizing technical competitions and workshops
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Automotive Technology
- NVQ Level 5 or equivalent technical certification
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a diagnosis technician
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical training within the automotive industry
- Minimum 2 years of on-the-job training experience
Technical Knowledge
- Strong understanding of:
- Vehicle systems
- Diagnostics
- Repair procedures
Required Skills
- Experience with training delivery platforms and hands-on workshops
- Experience working with OEMs and managing training programs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to develop engaging technical training programs
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
