Pan Asia Banking Corporation PLC is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional for the position of Manager – Strategic Planning & MIS. This leadership role is responsible for driving the Bank’s strategic planning, budgeting, performance management, profitability analysis, and Management Information Systems (MIS) reporting functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting data-driven decision-making and delivering strategic financial insights to senior management.

The selected candidate will lead financial planning and performance management initiatives while supporting the execution of the Bank’s strategic objectives through advanced financial analysis, budgeting, profitability assessments, and MIS reporting.

Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess:

• Full professional qualification in CA Sri Lanka, CIMA, or ACCA.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline from a recognized university will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience in finance-related roles, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
• Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, performance analysis, profitability analysis, or MIS reporting.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong report writing and business communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Bank’s annual budgeting process and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Support the development and execution of the Bank’s strategic plans in collaboration with business units.
• Conduct financial performance analysis, including variance analysis and cost analysis.
• Evaluate financial feasibility of new products, systems, and strategic initiatives.
• Oversee the Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) framework to ensure accurate profitability analysis and cost allocation.
• Manage KPI evaluation processes for branches and senior management.
• Prepare and present monthly MIS reports and executive dashboards.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and support data-driven decision-making.
• Provide strategic financial insights to senior management for business planning and performance improvement.
