Nawaloka Hospitals PLC is seeking dedicated and responsible individuals to join its Laundry and Linen Services team. This role is essential in maintaining hospital hygiene standards by ensuring the proper handling, cleaning, storage, and distribution of hospital linen and uniforms.

The successful candidates will support hospital laundry operations while ensuring compliance with hygiene, infection-control, and safety procedures.

Qualifications & Experience
- G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in laundry, housekeeping, or linen handling will be an added advantage.
- Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods and lifting moderate loads.
- Good attention to detail, cleanliness, and responsibility.
- Ability to work shifts and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Basic knowledge of workplace hygiene and safety practices is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Sort, wash, dry, iron, fold, and distribute hospital linen and uniforms.
- Handle soiled and clean linen according to hospital hygiene and infection-control procedures.
- Count, record, store, and replenish linen stock accurately.
- Collect and deliver linen to hospital departments in a timely manner.
- Report damaged items, shortages, and maintenance issues promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of laundry and linen areas.
- Follow hospital safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times.
