Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) qualification.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role, preferably within a healthcare environment.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
- Tamil language proficiency will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Pleasant personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Neat appearance and professional conduct.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle appointments efficiently and maintain appointment schedules.
- Coordinate with patients to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Answer and direct telephone calls professionally.
- Address and resolve patient-related inquiries and issues promptly.
- Handle LASIK-related inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Prepare and maintain daily and periodic revenue reports.
- Ensure the reception area remains welcoming, organized, and presentable.
- Perform additional duties assigned by management.
