Nawaloka Hospitals PLC is seeking a proactive and self-motivated Field Officer to represent the hospital in the field, build strong relationships with clients and referral sources, and promote hospital services.

Required Qualifications

• G.C.E. (A/L) qualification or equivalent; a degree or professional qualification will be an added advantage.
• 1–3 years of experience in field sales, marketing, or customer service. Experience in healthcare or a hospital environment will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of the local area and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
• Own transport (motorbike) will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit potential and existing clients, referral sources, and partners in the field.
• Promote hospital services and facilities to achieve business development targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Maintain and expand relationships with doctors, clinics, companies, and other stakeholders.
• Provide accurate information about hospital services and packages.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into business opportunities.
• Collect market feedback and competitor information.
• Prepare daily visit reports and submit regular updates.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of all field activities.
