Qualifications & Experience

• Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) in any stream.
• Diploma in Business Management, Professional Qualification in Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience in the healthcare industry or a reputed service-oriented organization.
• Smart and dynamic individual below 35 years of age.
• Pleasant personality with excellent customer relations skills.
• Good command of the English language.
• Computer literacy.
• Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with patients and visitors.
• Support customer service and public relations initiatives.
• Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to stakeholders.
• Coordinate communication between patients and hospital departments.
• Promote a positive image of the hospital through professional interactions.
• Assist in customer engagement and satisfaction activities.
• Support marketing and promotional events when required.
• Maintain records and reports related to customer interactions.
