Qualifications & Experience

• Passed G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) with a pass in English.
• Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) in any stream or possess a Certificate/Diploma in Housekeeping, Facility Management, or Hotel Management.
• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Housekeeping Assistant or at least 3 years of experience in a similar supervisory capacity.
• Pleasant personality with excellent customer service skills.
• Good command of the English language.
• Computer literacy.
• Willingness to work on a shift basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained throughout hospital premises.
• Monitor housekeeping staff performance and productivity.
• Implement housekeeping procedures and quality standards.
• Manage housekeeping schedules and shift allocations.
• Ensure adequate availability of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Handle housekeeping-related customer service concerns professionally.
• Maintain compliance with hospital safety and infection-control policies.
