Position: Management Trainee – Outlets

The selected candidates will undergo a fast-track training program designed to develop future retail leaders. Successful completion of the program will lead to placement as a Duty Manager at a Keells outlet with opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university or professional institute.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Excellent public relations (PR) skills.
• Desire to learn and perform in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Good team player with a positive attitude.
• Fresh graduates with strong leadership potential are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the structured Management Trainee development program.
• Gain practical exposure in Retail Management, FMCG Marketing, Inventory Management, and General Business Management.
• Learn and support daily outlet operations.
• Assist in managing customer service standards and operational excellence.
• Support inventory control and business performance improvement activities.
• Develop leadership skills to take up future managerial responsibilities.
• Work collaboratively with outlet teams to achieve business goals.
