Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in apartment buildings or multi-property environments.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, building maintenance, and safety standards.
• Experience managing maintenance teams, vendors, and external service providers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with maintenance management systems is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations across multiple apartment buildings and common areas.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans and schedules.
• Manage and lead maintenance teams, vendors, and contractors.
• Monitor building systems, including MEP systems, lifts, HVAC, plumbing, electrical installations, and fire safety systems.
• Ensure the availability of materials, tools, and equipment for smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare and manage maintenance budgets and control operational costs.
• Handle tenant and property-owner complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and asset registers.
• Monitor service quality and ensure apartment properties remain safe and well maintained.
