Rush Lanka Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Finishing Supervisor to join its residential property development team. The successful candidate will supervise finishing works, maintain construction quality standards, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure residential projects are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Civil Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve issues related to finishing works, materials, and workmanship.
• Maintain accurate records, daily reports, and site documentation.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are followed at all times.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Monitor finishing quality and ensure timely completion of assigned works.
