Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Information Security, or a related discipline from a recognized university.
• Candidates currently pursuing a relevant professional qualification may also apply.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Banking, Finance, Audit, or a related field.
• Prior experience in preparing audit reports and audit documentation is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of information systems controls, risk assessment, and compliance frameworks.
• Strong understanding of IT governance and internal control environments.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and report on the effectiveness of the Bank’s internal control environment to mitigate financial and operational risks.
• Conduct critical tests prior to the implementation of new systems and execute audit procedures within the Information Systems Audit scope.
• Review and verify compliance with internal guidelines, policies, delegated authority limits, and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise effectively with line management during and after audit assignments.
• Prepare and deliver clear, accurate, and finalized audit and follow-up reports.
• Support business objectives by providing guidance on controls, governance, and risk mitigation measures.
• Identify weaknesses and recommend improvements to strengthen operational processes and controls.
• Assist in monitoring compliance with information security and regulatory standards.
