Qualifications & Experience

• Preferably below 25 years of age.
• Passed G.C.E. Ordinary Level with a minimum “C” grade in English.
• Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level examination.
• Minimum two years of hands-on experience in field sales, customer engagement, or business development will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
• Knowledge of market trends and customer behavior.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel and work in outstation locations when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively promote and market Card Centre products in the open market.
• Participate in branch campaigns, regional promotions, trade exhibitions, and conferences.
• Generate new business leads and identify potential customers.
• Conduct product onboarding sessions and client presentations.
• Promote card solutions and negotiate packages with prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer visits, and campaign performance.
• Monitor and review sales performance against business objectives.
• Execute strategic sales and marketing campaigns to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to improve conversions and business growth.
• Support outreach activities and client engagement initiatives.
