Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should ideally possess:

• Part or full professional qualifications acceptable to the Bank.
• Approximately 06–08 years of relevant experience in branch banking.
• Mandatory exposure to credit operations.
• Strong knowledge of financial statement analysis.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to grow the branch portfolio by acquiring new clients and expanding existing customer relationships.
• Provide personalized financial advice and recommend suitable banking products and services.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Monitor portfolio performance, manage associated risks, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
