Institutional Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement dynamic strategies to mobilize deposits from institutional clients, including corporate businesses, government entities, and large organizations
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in target institutions
• Identify and capture new business opportunities to expand the bank’s deposit base
• Collaborate with internal teams to design customized deposit solutions that deliver on client needs
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt and optimize sales strategies
• Achieve and surpass monthly deposit mobilization targets
• Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and market feedback to senior management

Candidate Criteria:

• Full/part qualification in SLIM, CIM or Banking
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field from a recognized university is preferred
• Minimum 08 Years of experience in a Bank/ Financial Institution out of which a minimum of 05 years of experience in institutional or corporate sales environment
• Strong understanding of deposit products and banking operations
• A target-driven professional with proven skills in planning, negotiation and sales
• A confident, outgoing personality with customer service mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
