Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a reputed organization, preferably within the tyre manufacturing or apparel industry.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage tasks independently.

• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams.

• Age below 35 years.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive maintenance and repairs of mechanical and electrical systems.

• Supervise maintenance activities of plant machinery to ensure operational reliability.

• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergency situations.

• Conduct machinery risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety standards.

• Analyze manufacturing processes to identify improvements in efficiency, cost reduction, and productivity.

• Plan and implement periodic maintenance schedules for plant equipment.

• Collaborate with the production team to provide technical guidance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
