Qualifications & Experience

• A diploma or partial qualification from a recognized institute in the field of insurance.

• Proven experience in the field of claims, preferably with direct exposure to the insurance industry.

• Deep knowledge of insurance policies, diverse coverage types, and standard claims handling procedures.

• Demonstrated ability to work under minimum supervision, effectively multi-task, and handle work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Check claim liability in strict accordance with the scope of the respective motor insurance policy.

• Handle internal and external customers professionally and provide effective service support.

• Process, review, and obtain official approval for claim payments in line with established company procedures.

• Review claim documentation thoroughly to ensure accuracy and completeness in accordance with policy terms and company guidelines.

• Maintain accurate, structured records and regularly update the internal claims management system.
