Qualifications & Experience

• Prior experience in retail banking, sales, or financial services with a focus on liability products or deposit mobilization is highly preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills to establish trust with diverse customer segments.

• An outgoing, target-driven personality with a passion for field sales and customer acquisition.

• Sound knowledge of commercial banking products, interest rates, and financial savings options.
