As an HR Intern / Trainee, you will support HR operations, assist in administrative tasks, and gain hands-on exposure to core HR functions.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Assist with HR administrative tasks 📁
• Support recruitment and employee coordination
• Maintain employee records and documentation
• Help with HR reports and data management
• Coordinate internal HR activities

🎓 Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR or related field 🎓
• Strong communication and organizational skills 🗣️
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 💻
• Must be based in Jaffna 📍
