🎯 Job Overview

Pan Asia Bank is seeking a highly experienced legal professional to lead its Legal Division. This leadership role involves:

• Overseeing all legal and regulatory matters
• Ensuring full compliance with banking laws
• Managing legal risks
• Providing strategic legal guidance to support business growth

🧾 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Legal Division strategy and operations
• Provide legal advice across all departments and branches
• Represent the bank in judicial proceedings ⚖️
• Handle negotiations and settlements with clients and external parties
• Review legal documentation including:
  • Banking product documents
  • Notarial documents
• Oversee mortgage bond execution and legal processes
• Manage legal costs and external counsel relationships
• Conduct legal training programs for staff

🎓 Candidate Requirements

✔ Mandatory Qualifications

• Attorney-at-Law & Notary Public
• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (Master’s preferred)

✔ Experience

• Minimum 20 years’ experience in legal field
• At least 8 years as a Senior Lawyer (preferably in banking)

✔ Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of banking laws & regulations
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Strategic thinking & decision-making ability
• Leadership skills to manage a legal team

✔ Age Requirement

• Preferred: 50 – 55 years
