Qualifications & Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in a senior executive or managerial role within the financial services sector
• Strong knowledge of financial products, services, and regulatory requirements
• Proven experience in sales, business development, and customer relationship management
• Experience in branch operations, financial management, and team leadership will be an advantage
• Ability to manage branch performance and achieve business targets

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and business development activities to achieve branch targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners
• Lead, coach, and develop branch staff to achieve high performance
• Manage branch financial operations, budgeting, and reporting activities
• Oversee daily branch operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained
• Support sustainable growth and profitability of the branch

Required Skills

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Good understanding of financial services and banking operations
• Sales-driven mindset with business development capabilities
• Ability to work effectively under targets and deadlines
• Fluency in Sinhala and English is compulsory; proficiency in Tamil will be an added advantage
