Job Summary

The selected candidate will work closely with the Marketing team to create engaging product and brand-related content for digital and other communication platforms.

The role requires creativity, technical design expertise, and the ability to produce visually appealing marketing materials aligned with the bank’s branding objectives.

Requirements

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

• Age below 25 years
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop attractive layouts to promote the bank’s products and services
• Good command of English and Sinhala copywriting skills
• Knowledge of Tamil will be an added advantage
• Qualification in Graphic Design or a related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including:
  • Photoshop
  • Illustrator
  • InDesign
• Ability to work with:
  • Animations
  • Motion graphics
  • Video editing
  • Image libraries

Key Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be responsible for:

• Designing marketing and promotional materials for digital and print platforms
• Creating engaging visual content for branding campaigns
• Collaborating with the Marketing team on product promotions
• Developing layouts and creative concepts aligned with brand guidelines
• Supporting multimedia and digital communication initiatives
• Producing motion graphics and visual media content when required
