This position is offered on a full-time fixed-term contract.

Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should meet one of the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree with two (02) years of work experience in a relevant discipline.

OR

• Full professional qualification with two (02) years of work experience in a relevant discipline.

Additional Requirements:

• Trainee or internship experience will not be considered as work experience.
• Maximum age of 35 years as of 05 July 2026.
• Must be a Sri Lankan citizen.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare documentation for Manual Review Meetings and assist in obtaining approvals from the Civil Aviation Authority of Sri Lanka (CAASL).
• Compile documentation and manual references to support compliance reviews relating to Flight Operations standards and regulatory directives.
• Support the Flight Operations Division during internal and external IATA Operational Safety Audits (IOSA).
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS), quality policies, and operational procedures.
• Review and approve amendments to Flight Operations documents maintained in the document library.
• Coordinate Safety Action Group Meetings, Safety Performance Review Meetings, Management Review Meetings, and other safety and quality-related meetings.
• Maintain the Flight Operations Hazard Registry and follow up on identified hazards and corrective actions.
• Update Safety Performance Indicators (SPIs), dashboards, and monitor performance targets.
• Support inspections of Flight Simulator Training Devices and the Approved Training Organization (ATO) to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Report safety or quality violations and standard operating procedure deviations.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management in support of departmental objectives.
