Qualifications & Experience

Assistant Manager – Risk Management

• Degree in Economics, Statistics, Commerce, Accountancy, Business Administration, Management, Banking, or a UGC-recognized equivalent qualification.
• Full qualification from a recognized professional body such as CIMA (UK), CA Sri Lanka, ACCA, or CMA, or
• Full qualification in Banking with Diploma in Integrated Risk Management (IBSL).
• Minimum four (04) years’ Executive-level experience in Risk Management within a bank or recognized financial institution.

Assistant Manager – Internal Audit

• Degree in Banking, Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or Accountancy from a UGC-recognized university.
• Full qualification of ICAI/ICASL/CIMA/ACCA/UK/CFA/CMA or Associate Membership of the ICASL.
• Minimum four (04) years’ experience in audit functions within a banking institution or recognized financial organization.

Assistant Manager – Compliance

• Degree in Commerce, Accountancy, Business Administration, Management, Banking, or Law from a UGC-recognized university.
• Full qualification from CIMA (UK), CA Sri Lanka, ACCA, CMA or equivalent professional body, or
• Full qualification in Banking with Diploma in Compliance.
• Minimum four (04) years’ experience in Compliance within a bank or financial institution with knowledge of AML/CFT, regulatory compliance, Corporate Governance, and Ethics.

Assistant Manager – Network & IT Security

• IT-related Degree from a UGC-recognized university with at least three (03) years’ experience in IT infrastructure maintenance, or
• Higher Diploma in IT with at least four (04) years’ experience in networking and infrastructure administration.
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, VPN, Hyper-V, VMware, firewalls, routers, switches, NAS, Azure Directory, load balancers, and DR/BCP environments will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments and credit analysis.
• Perform internal audits and evaluate operational controls.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and AML/CFT implementation.
• Manage IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and network security.
• Develop and maintain enterprise software applications.
• Generate MIS reports and business intelligence dashboards.
• Support SME banking operations, customer relationship management, and business development.
• Prepare management reports and recommend process improvements.

Salary & Benefits

Assistant Manager

• Approximate Gross Monthly Salary: Rs. 223,400.00
• Attractive approved allowances included.

SME Executive

• Approximate Gross Monthly Salary: Rs. 190,000.00

Junior Executive

• Approximate Gross Monthly Salary: Rs. 180,600.00
