Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should satisfy one of the following qualification pathways:

Option 1

• A Degree in Science, Commerce, or Economics from a university recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC).
• Minimum 02 years of satisfactory executive-level work experience in a recognized institution.

OR

Option 2

• Passed the Higher National Diploma in Accountancy (HNDA).

OR

• Passed Level III (Final Examination) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CA Sri Lanka).
• Minimum 03 years of satisfactory supervisory-level work experience in the banking sector.

OR

Option 3

• Passed the Diploma in Banking and Finance conducted by the Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka.
• Minimum 05 years of satisfactory supervisory-level work experience in the banking sector.

Age Limit

• Applicants should be 18 to 45 years of age.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the organization’s financial management and accounting functions.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, financial reports, and statements.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
• Supervise finance and accounting staff.
• Manage financial planning and resource allocation.
• Coordinate audits and statutory financial reporting.
• Monitor cash flow and financial performance.
• Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis.
• Ensure efficient management of cooperative financial operations.
