Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should satisfy one of the following qualification pathways:

Option 1

• Diploma in Videography, Video Editing, Drone Operations, UAV Management, or Aerial Photography from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Video Editing or Aerial Photography.

OR

Option 2

• NVQ Level 4 or Level 5 qualification in Videography, Video Editing, Drone Operations, UAV Management, or Aerial Photography.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Video Editing or Aerial Photography.

OR

Option 3

• Passed G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L).
• Certificate in Videography, Video Editing, Drone Operations, UAV Management, or Aerial Photography from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Video Editing or Aerial Photography.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality videos and aerial footage for digital news and multimedia platforms.
• Operate drones safely while complying with aviation and organizational guidelines.
• Edit videos for websites, social media, and digital news platforms.
• Produce multimedia content that supports news reporting and storytelling.
• Coordinate with journalists, editors, and the digital media team.
• Maintain video, camera, drone, and related production equipment.
• Deliver content within strict deadlines while maintaining editorial standards.
• Support live and special event coverage when required.
