1. Junior Customer Care Executive – Category I
Requirements
- Age preferably below 25 years
- Qualifications: Sat for GCE A/L
2. Junior Customer Care Executive – Category II
Requirements
- Age preferably below 25 years
- Qualifications: Preferably sat for GCE A/L
- Experience: 03 months to 18 months experience in a Customer Care Centre / Call Centre / Contact Centre or similar business environment
3. Senior Customer Care Executive
Requirements
- Age preferably below 27 years
- Qualifications: Preferably sat for GCE A/L
- Experience: Minimum 18 months experience in a Customer Care Centre / Call Centre / Contact Centre or similar business environment
Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Attending inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently
- Responding to customer emails professionally
- Managing and resolving customer complaints and inquiries effectively
- Providing customers with product and service-related information and solutions
- Maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality
Other Competencies Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Sinhala and English
- Tamil language proficiency will be an added advantage
- Strong active listening and customer handling skills
- Problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work under pressure in a 24/7 shift environment
- Good interpersonal relationship skills
- Basic IT skills
