Sri Lanka Telecom PLC (SLTMOBITEL) invites applications for the position of Contact Center Intern. Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Educational Qualifications:

  • G.C.E (O/L): 06 passes including 3 credits in Sinhala, Tamil, or English Languages and Maths, in not more than two sittings.

  • OR London O/L: 06 passes including 3 credits in Maths and English in one sitting.

  • G.C.E (A/L) / London (A/L): 03 passes in one sitting.

• Skills & Requirements:

  • Computer Literacy: Strong computer literacy is mandatory.

  • Language Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Sinhala, Tamil, and English. Proficiency in a minimum of 02 languages is mandatory.

  • Age: Below 30 years.

Remuneration

• An attractive daily internship allowance is applicable.
