📋 Job Description

As a Client Relations Executive, you will be responsible for managing client communications, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting clients throughout the immigration process. You will act as the key point of contact between the company and its clients.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings
• Provide accurate information regarding immigration services
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client concerns
• Maintain proper documentation and client records
• Work under pressure to meet targets and deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in customer care, call center, or hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
