Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development
• Experience within the IT industry will be an added advantage
• Proven track record in IT sales, preferably POS, ERP, or System Integration solutions
• Experience in managing contract-based revenue and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
• Strong proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Sinhala
• Ability to develop and execute new business strategies independently

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement high-impact strategies to convert clients using competitor AMC services
• Execute customer win-back programs to recover previously lost accounts
• Manage the complete lifecycle of Hardware and Software AMC renewals
• Achieve monthly and annual sales and revenue targets
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and SWOT assessments
• Prepare analytical reports on sales pipeline, conversion rates, and account recovery
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, CEOs, IT Managers, and key decision-makers
• Lead contract negotiations and strengthen long-term customer partnerships
