Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing outbound and inbound customer calls
• Contacting customers regarding overdue lease and loan payments
• Following up on outstanding instalments and recoveries
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
• Achieving monthly recovery targets
• Ensuring professional customer communication at all times
• Complying with company policies and regulatory guidelines

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

• G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification
• Diploma in Business or Finance will be an added advantage

Experience

• Previous experience in:
  • Call center operations
  • Collections and recoveries
  • Customer service roles

Skills Required

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Fluency in Sinhala or Tamil
• English language skills will be an added advantage
• Good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Basic computer literacy and MS Office knowledge
