Position Details

The Business Development Officer will be responsible for identifying potential customers, expanding the customer base, promoting financial products and services, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients.

Qualifications & Experience

• G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification or equivalent
• Diploma or professional qualification in Business, Finance, Marketing, Banking, or a related field will be an added advantage
• Experience in business development, sales, banking, finance, or customer relationship management will be preferred
• Ability to identify business opportunities and develop customer networks
• Experience in achieving sales targets will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve company growth targets
• Promote financial products and services to prospective customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners
• Conduct customer visits and market activities to generate new leads
• Achieve assigned business development and sales targets
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports
• Support branch-level business growth initiatives
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the customer relationship journey
