Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in quality control, process monitoring or compliance within a business center or shared services environment.
• Healthcare experience will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of quality management principles, tools and techniques.
• Experience in monitoring KPIs, conducting audits and preparing quality reports.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic understanding of Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and business processes will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate the quality and accuracy of processes and outputs within the business center.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures and quality standards.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify gaps, risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze data and prepare quality performance reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop and maintain quality control checklists, SOPs and relevant documentation.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on quality standards and best practices.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
• Liaise with departments to ensure alignment with quality objectives.
• Ensure all records and reports are accurately maintained in the Hospital Information System (HIS).
