Qualifications & Experience

Experience Requirements

• Proven experience as a Branch Manager or Second-in-Command with strong knowledge of branch operations

Educational Requirements

Option 1

• G.C.E. (A/L) with three passes
• 3–5 years of experience in an:
  • Executive
  • Assistant Manager
  • Deputy Manager role within the banking or finance industry

OR

Option 2

• G.C.E. (O/L) with 4–6 years of experience in a similar capacity within the banking or finance industry

Additional Qualifications

• Degree or part qualification in a relevant discipline will be an added advantage
