Job Description

The Banking Assistant will be responsible for supporting branch operational activities while ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with internal banking procedures and regulatory standards.

The role requires individuals with strong communication skills, banking knowledge, and a customer-focused mindset capable of working effectively in a fast-paced branch banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operational activities of the branch
• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Assist customers with banking products and services
• Maintain accurate documentation and operational records
• Coordinate with branch staff to ensure smooth banking operations

Preferred Qualifications
