Qualifications & Experience
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or professional qualification in:
- Business Administration
- Operations Management
- Finance
- Supply Chain Management
- Marketing
- Or a related discipline.
- Possess a minimum of 3–5 years of experience in:
- Operations planning
- Resource scheduling
- Invoicing
- Customer coordination
- Or a similar operational role.
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of operational planning, resource allocation, invoicing processes, and performance reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Experience working with ERP systems, invoicing systems, or workflow management platforms.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning and allocation of audit and training resources to optimize operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with clients, auditors, technical experts, and internal stakeholders to schedule audits and training activities.
- Monitor audit schedules and ensure timely completion of assignments and KPIs.
- Oversee invoicing processes to ensure accurate and timely billing.
- Prepare revenue forecasts and assist in monitoring monthly business performance.
- Manage audit-related logistics, including transportation, accommodation, and resource arrangements.
- Coordinate certification-related activities such as recertifications, scope extensions, site additions, concessions, suspensions, and cancellations.
- Liaise with local and international stakeholders, including affiliate offices, to ensure smooth audit operations.
- Build and maintain strong client and auditor relationships.
- Support process improvement initiatives, operational excellence, and compliance with company procedures.
- Ensure compliance with the SGS Code of Integrity, health and safety requirements, and company policies.
- Supervise, coach, and support team members to achieve departmental objectives.
- Perform additional duties and special projects assigned by management.
