PMF Finance PLC, a fast-growing non-banking financial institution in Sri Lanka, is seeking dynamic and result-oriented professionals to join its team as Assistant Manager / Manager – Marketing (IFU).

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, promoting Islamic finance products, expanding customer relationships, and driving business growth through Islamic leasing and financial solutions.

Position Details

The Assistant Manager / Manager – Marketing (IFU) will focus on promoting Islamic finance products such as Ijara and other Shariah-compliant financial solutions.

The role requires strong marketing expertise, relationship-building abilities, and experience in Islamic finance, leasing, banking, or financial services.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Islamic Finance, Marketing, or a related field
• Professional qualification in Islamic Finance such as CIMA Islamic Finance, AAOIFI, or equivalent will be an added advantage
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in leasing, banking, or financial services
• At least 2–3 years of experience in Islamic finance products such as Ijara, Murabaha, or Wakala
• Strong understanding of Islamic finance principles and Shariah-compliant products
• Experience in marketing, portfolio management, and business development

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to promote Islamic leasing products such as Ijara and other Shariah-compliant financial solutions
• Identify new market opportunities and build strong relationships with corporate and retail clients
• Achieve assigned business targets for Islamic leasing portfolio growth
• Promote Islamic finance products through marketing campaigns, seminars, and networking events
• Lead and manage the marketing team for Islamic leasing products
• Develop marketing strategies aligned with the company’s Islamic finance objectives
• Build partnerships with vehicle dealers, equipment suppliers, and corporate clients
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities related to Islamic finance products
