Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Overseeing and authorizing Fixed Deposit operations including:
  • Issuance
  • Renewals
  • Settlements
  • Loans against FD
• Ensuring accuracy and compliance of all FD transactions
• Providing operational guidance and system support to branch teams
• Identifying process gaps and implementing operational improvements
• Coordinating internal and external audits
• Ensuring compliance with:
  • CBSL regulations
  • FIU requirements
  • IRD regulations
• Handling customer queries and complaints professionally
• Driving FD growth through customer engagement and branch support
• Conducting client visits and business development activities
• Supporting customer retention through service excellence
• Aligning FD mobilization activities with company funding strategy

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

• Degree in:
  • Finance
  • Business Management
  • Related field
• Recognized professional qualification
• MBA qualification will be preferred

Experience

• Minimum 8 years of experience in customer service or operations
• At least 2 years of experience in Fixed Deposits operations

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of:
  • CBSL regulations
  • FIU compliance
  • IRD regulations
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skills
