Position Details
Position: Admin Assistant
The Admin Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to the Cake Production Department by coordinating material requirements, maintaining inventory records, handling documentation, and assisting with daily production-related activities.

Qualifications & Experience
- G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification.
- Previous experience in administration, inventory control, or production coordination will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience in documentation and administrative processes will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the issuance of materials required for daily production activities.
- Record and update inventory transactions and material transfers in the system.
- Prepare and submit production material requisitions to the Procurement Department for purchase order processing.
- Verify received materials against supplier invoices and supporting documents.
- Process Goods Received Notes (GRNs) and maintain accurate records of received items.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Cake Production Department.
- Maintain proper documentation, filing systems, and departmental records.
- Assist in preparing reports and coordinating with internal departments as required.
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by the Department Head.
Required Skills
- Good administrative and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of inventory control and documentation procedures.
- Basic understanding of production coordination activities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
