Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the banking and finance industry.
• Experience in selling liability products, particularly fixed deposits, will be required.
• Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Strong business development and sales orientation.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Promote Fixed Deposit products and generate new deposit business.
• Identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities.
• Achieve assigned monthly and annual business targets.
• Coordinate with internal departments to provide efficient and timely customer service.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert opportunities into new deposits.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and provide appropriate product information.
• Support the company’s business growth through effective fixed deposit sales activities.
