Job Overview
Browns Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive – Administration to manage procurement, outsourced service contracts, insurance policies, company vehicle servicing and other administrative activities across the Group.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely procurement, effective supplier management, proper contract administration and smooth coordination with internal departments and external service providers.

Qualifications & Experience
- Professional qualification in Business Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar administrative capacity.
- Strong knowledge of procurement and supplier management processes.
- Experience in contract management and outsourced service administration will be an advantage.
- Experience handling insurance policies and administrative documentation.
- Strong communication and public relations skills.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage extended working hours when required.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Strong team player with a dynamic and proactive approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process while ensuring the timely acquisition of required goods and services.
- Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate contracts to achieve the best value for the organization.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement requirements and ensure timely fulfilment.
- Maintain and renew contracts related to outsourced services.
- Maintain and renew insurance policies for all locations within the Group.
- Oversee scheduled servicing and repairs of company vehicles.
- Coordinate with suppliers, service providers and relevant internal departments to ensure smooth administrative operations.
- Monitor procurement and service-related activities to ensure timely completion and compliance with organizational requirements.
- Support projects and other administrative initiatives as instructed by management.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to procurement, contracts, insurance and vehicle servicing.
