Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, procurement, or supply chain operations. Hospital experience will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, procurement processes, and supplier management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Advanced Excel and Word, as well as ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Professional certifications such as CILT or CSCP will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee logistics and supply chain operations.
• Manage procurement activities, including vendor evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimum stock control.
• Ensure the timely delivery of goods and services to all departments.
• Coordinate with departments to forecast demand and manage supplies efficiently.
• Identify process improvements to reduce costs and increase operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on logistics performance.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards.
• Lead, guide, and develop the logistics team.
