The company is expanding its project team and is looking for individuals with road construction and infrastructure experience to contribute to its development projects in Galle.

Qualifications & Experience

• NVQ Level 4 in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in QA/QC works.
• Sound knowledge of QA/QC procedures.
• Good knowledge of road construction standards.
• Experience in road construction and infrastructure projects will be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

The Quality Assurance Inspector will be responsible for supporting quality assurance and quality control activities across road construction and infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities include:

• Inspect construction activities to ensure compliance with approved quality standards and project specifications.
• Carry out QA/QC inspections throughout project activities.
• Monitor construction work and identify quality issues or deviations.
• Ensure construction activities comply with relevant road construction standards.
• Maintain quality inspection records and documentation.
• Coordinate with project teams to address quality-related issues.
• Support the implementation of QA/QC procedures at project sites.
• Report identified non-conformities and follow up on corrective actions.
• Assist in maintaining consistent quality standards throughout project execution.
