Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should have:

• Board certification as a Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist.
• Certification from the Postgraduate Institute of Medicine (PGIM), Sri Lanka, or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Sri Lanka Medical Council (SLMC).
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Consultant in the relevant specialty.
• Experience in Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART), including IUI, IVF and related fertility treatments, will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A strong commitment to patient-centred care.
• Willingness to serve exclusively at Nawaloka Hospitals PLC.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialist obstetric and gynaecological consultation and care.
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centred medical services.
• Manage patients in accordance with professional and clinical standards.
• Apply specialist knowledge and experience in obstetrics and gynaecology.
• Provide appropriate fertility and reproductive healthcare services where applicable.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
